Yeah, I didn't know much about it either initially. Somebody here on C5 spoke about it, and then when I actually went in to get it done, that's when I got the real education on it.

They actually showed me two identical windows. One with their regular 5% and one with their ceramic 5% tint. The appearance looked the same, but the difference came when they turned on the heat lamp!!! The ceramic cut out SO much more heat, it wasn't even funny!!! They charged me $100 more for it, but it was WELL WORTH the price difference living here in Fresno!!! (For what it's worth, I went 5% on the back three, and 15% on the two larger side windows.)

Hmmm...I wonder if I can get the shop doing the work for my dealer (Auto Tint West) to do it and include it in the price they send to the dealer.

I know beggers can't be choosers but hey, even if I have to shell out a little cash out of my pocket it'd be worth it to me!
