Um a word of caution - watch your power steering pump. I used to do reverse (FWD, so I had to do them in reverse) donuts in my 2000 Monte when there was a just the right layer of snow on the ground...until the last time when the shaft on my power steering pump snapped. I started reading around to find out that it's a common thing to happen.
I have to agree that the burnout in the V6 with automatic was a little less climatic. I'm pretty sure it is the P-Zero's. There wasn't that really fun squeal that I've been used to, but more of a zzzziiifffffff sound as I made my left hand turn from an intersection. But boy did I leave a cloud of smoke and a nice trail at that intersection! probably took a good 1000miles off the tires too...oops...

HAha man are you driving a stick or auto? I have the stick and all I have to do is rev to 4k and let her rip...you will spin tires and leave marks for about 15 or twenty feet. At a 5k launch you sit there spinning tires longer. All of that is without touching the break once. And of course after doing that launch technique you could use some breaks to ake it last longer
