hi

totally skipping an intro thread right now however i am very interested in attending this meet. i live nearish to edmonton and have found only a couple other owners in my area. would love to meet up with you guys if this cruise is a go

i have a 4x4 competition on the 21st/22nd if i get my truck back up and running in time that might interfere with the date. so i would like to keep subscribed to this thread and see what the dates settle on

it's gonna have to be in the next couple weeks if this does end up happening

the weather is acting like a big ole tease right now with how nice it is outside, but i have a feeling she could turn very very quickly

to the point where i have my garage already prepped for my girl :(

ya it has been nice in the days. cold at night though, could turn ugly pretty fast.....

Well new here, so i figured this would be as good a spot as any to introduce myself.

Important things first,

Car is ordered, she will be a 2011, IBM 1LT RS! Not too sure how long this will take to be built, the order was put in yesterday.

Beside that i am a SWM mostly mentally stable, i like long rides on the beach....

Well not too sure when the car will get here! it's barely been a day since the factory order was put in and frankly i dont know how i am gona handle this waiting. I've never been so drawned to a vehicle like this car has. I know this might sounds unthinkable to some but this will be my daily driver! Hey sure i want to keep it nice for a long time but i want to drive it and use it, enjoy it!

Dont cringe too much, Calgary isnt so bad, If i was back in Montreal, this would be a serious question mark!

Anyway hopefully the nice weather will stay with us a tad longer and who knows maybe there will be more get together?

As a side question, what was your waiting time to get the car delivered?

I keep reading 2 months..... that would be early December than in my case =/

congrats on the car order

i was damn near 2 months on the dot. i ordered my 2LT RS on feb 15 and took delivery of her on the 15th of april.
