In my dream world where I'm far more financially stable, I'd probably end up looking for someone to trade my leather seats to so I could get cloth. IRL I'll be buying the base model, no options, used after they've been out a year or two...if I'm lucky.

I can't find any good pictures of the cloth seats. I'm still considering switching my 2SS to a 1SS to save a few bucks. Plus, leather isn't the greatest thing in Phoenix, AZ.

Have you checked out the indy pics? I thought there was a couple pics taken at Indy.

Well....generally if a car is wrecked and the front sheetmetal isn't damaged, they aren't going to just sell you the headlights because they want to sell the whole front end complete. If they sell you just the headlights they can't get a premium price for the rest of the front end. So it may be a long wait to find just the right wrecked car that has a damaged front end, but with undamaged headlights.

I've had leather for years and just moved to San Antonio in June 2008...100 plus days and the leather never bothered me getting in and out?? IDK??

Maybe it's just me but leather is the only option for interior seating I will ever pick after having it!

I don't want leather... but I don't think I want the cloth, either, after seeing those pics. Honestly, I'll probably just sell my leather seats and get racing seats instead.

Looks gray to me when comparing them to the black panels.

^ +1 - Those cloth seats certainly looked grey to me when I sat in them.

that was one of the first cars put together so there is no way to know what color that is relative to what will be offered. I know the seat is the same but that fabric and pattern could be way different on the production car

Those pictures of the cloth seats can't be that accurate...If you look at the glovebox, you can tell that this was a test car because its not finished yet. Can someone confirm what car these pics came from?

that is the IVER from indy that was black with white triangles painted all over it.
