I started this thread so thought I would offer a little update. Perhaps I will receive my 2011 2LT, Summit White (non RS), second week of August (ordered May 18). Perhaps it will go into production first week of August...perhaps (in Canada we do not have production updates as you have in the USA).
Regardless, my dealer loaned me a 2010 Camaro for the day, just because they are nice. Ran around to confirm window tint and clear bra prices, as well as painted rear blackout.
Also, took the Camaro loaner to a friend, master of auto restorations.
He will help me remove the rear bowtie and Camaro script on front fenders. Note, I live in a high-rise with underground parking so I am not able to plug in a hair dryer to help removing script.
$250 dollars to have a body shop 'paint' the blackout between tail-lights. Think I have given up on painting body color roof ditch mouldings and roof antennia as paint shop quoted about $450 for that. Front bumper (only) clear bra will also cost me $450.
My reason for this thread was determine my cost to basically debadge my Camaro as soon as I take delivery in a few weeks.
Very happy removal of rear end bowetie on the 2011 Camaro does not require filling of holes.
Thanks to all who responded with information.
Now I have to go to another thread as there was offered a front grill filler part to replace the stock front grill bowtie.

it shows that GM listens, we had many threads on here that complained about the holes in the 2010 trunk.. now no holes.. see, Ask and ye shall receive.
