If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem!

I'm glad I am not the only person it bothers when posts look like a first grader wrote them. I don't type well and make typing errors. However at lease I try to check them over, even going back to edit and correct them when I catch errors too late after submitting. I'm sure I still miss a few as everyone does. But that is different from when they look like the writer is simply clueless! No, I am not a teacher.

Funny how you didn't catch your error here....."lease" should have been "least".....

I didn't see the "perma-caps-lock" thing mentioned yet....

And sorry, but I can't stand all the "text talk".....as an example, one I just saw a few minutes ago....B4....damnit, it's "Before"....I hate that stuff....and people wonder why kids can't spell or use proper grammer/punctuation.....

This is my main pet peeve when it comes to typing. I can understand misspellings. I can understand grammatical errors. But seriously, if you're not texting don't use texting abbreviations. There's not a real reason to when you're typing something out.

Also - anybody else catch an error in the original article? I wanted to be sure the one I found was the one the OP was referring to.

Just because the mind CAN read it, doesn't mean it's not more difficult to read all those misspelled words.
