These were the raw numbers for the 18psi and 20psi pull.

One Year of Silence, Lets get it going again!
I read through this post and liked it. So I thought I would add my info to it.
My build is centered on a 2013 ZL1, but I think others will find it helpful. I used the stock supercharger that I ported and over driven 40%. Short list of work and parts on the LSA engine. Wisco Pistons - Comp Ratio 9.50-1 Eagle ESP Rods - Upgrade ARP 2000 Bolts Texas Speed Ported my LSA Heads ID 850 Fuel Injectors Ported Supercharger and Snout - 40% over driven LS3 Throttle Body Custom Cam - close to a BTR stage 3 Johnson Roller Lifters GM Hollow Stem Intake and Inconel Valves BTR Ti- Spring Kit CHE Trunnion Bushings ARH 17/8" Long Tube Headers Livernois Dual Fuel Pump - came up short for my HP needs Boostane Octane Boost - 103 Octane Level Here is my Dyno Pull on pump gas with Boostane (103 octane) 765whp at 6500rpm boost was 16.75psi on the (Heartbreaker) Dyno Dynamics dyno. On a Dynojet dyno that would be 933rwhp and 1,097hp at the crank. Not to bad for a do it yourself build in my living Room. This car and engine (other than block machine work) has never been worked on by a shop! Check it out at: https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showt...=571243&page=1 Including what a Dynojet run would have looked like. |

Nice numbers… but you aren’t anywhere near 933rwhp on a dyno jet. You’d be lucky to crack 800rwhp with that combo.

Latest setup:
TMS 427 with their Stage 2 centri cam FED M311 heads TSP 2inch header 3 inch exhaust ESS Tuning G4-95 Supercharger with 207mm lower/90mm upper Edelbrock Pro Flo XT NW103 TB E75 15' MT ET R Still running the same tune that JRE did for my last blower. You can see it could use a little clean up on the MAF in the higher hz areas. I used a new source for my FPR, and I was only seeing fp rise to 74psi, so my injectors are maxed. I usually see 80psi. I moved the source back to the intake manifold, so hopefully that's fixed. Run 1 with ESS air filter and piping. Run 2 with no air filter or piping Run 3 with ESS Bellmouth ( I didnt use a clamp, and it flew off around 6900, you can see the boost dip) Overall I'm extremely please with this kit. Something that sets it apart from the rest (besides the belt wrap), is the intake temperature. All three pulls peaked at 105-106 degrees. I do not have meth on the car. It was a nice day in Florida, but still 90 degrees in the dyno room. Pretty cool. Hopefully late 2022, th400. https://youtu.be/nEhTwwtChFI

After having the setup and donking on the tune myself year after year, figured I'd actually go in and see what the dyno says. Guy I was renting the dyno from said there's plenty more available by adding more timing, leaning out fuel and running higher RPMs. I just wanted a safe high-power car so I didn't go for more (yet). Maybe another day...
