Very good question, being that we are not part of the show & shine, so we will be setting up away from the show, However I will wait for 68RS to chime in on that as well, as he is helping out at the show and shine for a while.

my understanding is that the south camaros and north camaros will be all meeting in Red Deer at the COSTCO. The show and shine is going on, we will not be charged the fee (since we are only going to be there for 30min-1hr. My understanding is that we will all park together, maybe in the Costco p lot, maybe in the Staples p lot. Then from there we will all leave to go to RMH and beyond.

Someone correct me if i am wrong.

The Show 'n Shine is what's throwing the thing a little sideways.
If we're arriving in Red Deer at 10 -10:30am, are scheduled to meet at COSTCO at that time, and then hitting the highway for Rocky Mountain House at 11, then we won't have time for the show. By the time 25 Camaro's (around 50 people) get organized and chat and do a meet 'n greet at COSTCO, it'll be time to hit the highway.

Unless... we MEET at the Show 'n Shine.. instead of COSTCO..
Thoughts?

the Show and Shine is in the Costco Parking Lot as well. Basically we are parking near the show and shine to meet and then leaving. Its because 68RS suggested the Costco as a meeting place, and then later he found out that there was a show there the same day.

Meet at the Costco, the Cruiser Club is going to try to save 20 spots for us. If not there is the Staples parking lot or Turple Brothers Parking lot. We will try to accommodate everyone and leave together as a group.

The Show and Shine is at the Costco parking lot and that is where we are planning to meet. No charge for the Camaros. if any one tells you other wise have them talk to John or Kim. We will try to be in an area where we can get out quickly.
