I just hate those banging your car and running away like thieves !!

Got my rear bumper banged but managed to to hook those clips back again. My protective film absorbed the scratch but looks ugly !!

A police officer is asking me if I have any details on the suspect although I already told him that I didnt witness the accident, but I said to him that Im positive that this guy was a bastard .

This is the only thing that I know
