I have to say this is an odd one. I had Eric check your car manually and order number PMXHGK is at status code 0500 which means that the order number you were given is for a dealer stock order. Check with your dealer and see if they have given you a new number and please enter the correct order number into the system. But when it is checked automatically via the GM VTIM database the dealer stock order info shows up and your dealer info shows up but the status is just a stock order blank.

Sorry bout the confusion. But we can only report what data is available on the order number that you have entered. Here is the actual print of the status.

RODNEY COBB CHEVROLET, INC. IN 0500 2011-02-28 2011-02-25

I would bet dollars to donuts that the dealer has actually assigned your order to a new order that was already moving thru the system. Please resubmit your new order number in the system and hopefully you will then be able to get your Vin and logistics updates the rest of the way.

No Augie I won't have any different
info. You may want to call your dealer
and have them call the GM Dealer
Business Center. They should be able
to get an update on the shipping there.

02/18/2011 - (1100) Order placed at dealership. Order passed GM edit tables but dealer has not received allocation to place order.
02/18/2011 - (1102) Order entered via web.
02/21/2011 - (2000) Order accepted by GM. Dealer used allocation to place order into production.
02/22/2011 - (2500) Order preferenced. Order pulled to the production system.
02/23/2011 - (3000) Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway.
02/26/2011 - (3100) Order available to sequence.
02/26/2011 - (3300) Order scheduled for production. Order is scheduled into the plant build cycle.

closer at your request. At this time my
system will not allow me to see anything
past the production of the car. I suggest
you call your dealer and have them contact
the GM Dealer Business Center to get an
update on shipping.
