Becky,

Here is your daily update. Apparently I still did not find a dealer (after the lies from the last one) that can't lie or provide customer service. Despite my repeated requests to check on LPO items, and I was told they were in, I was told this morning, after LPO install delays last week, that they "could not find" my Rally Stripes. So after four hours of looking, and me having to be the one to follow up, I start escalating. All that got me was now my "red knee pads are on national back-order."

What a complete and utter joke.

The previous dealer that lied to me is not in business anymore. They sold out to a big conglomerate. I guess lies and poor service eventually catch up.

Anyone reading this thread, just order from Becky.

Accessory Distributor Installer - ADI-


The LPO - parts arrive thru the parts dept -
and each have the VIN on them.

Thank you. The sales sales the parts department told them everything was here last week. Then my Rally Stripes go missing. Then another manger calls me to tell me the red knee pads are on national back order and never arrived and have no arrival date.

Are these clowns just selling my LPO items and not telling me? I thought allocation meant ALL parts including LPO. How can there be a back order on allocated items?

Thanks for fixing that last sentence. You know I regret not ordering through you, seeing the warehouse, doing the BBQ thing, and being able to sleep at night knowing I am getting a straight price and a straight story. Can we just clone you?
