Well I am definitly dissapointed but I think you are always going to be on your first time to the dragstrip. The DA was around 7600 so I am told that is bad... I definitly need new tires for next time but I wanted to see what I could do on the 22"s on street tires. First run was horrible. Helmet was touching the roof and I forgot I could lower my seat. Guy next to me fully staged and threw me off right away. Then my clutch pedal stuck to the floor (that has never happened before). Run1 19.716 @ 93.232 - 60' of 2.54 Run2 13.260 @ 113.822 - 60' of 2.489 Run3 12.814 @ 113.640 - 60' of 2.330 Run4 12.893 @ 112.931 - 60' of 2.266 (with passenger) **using competitive mode Run5 13.263 @ 111.834 - 60' of 2.231 (with passenger) But at least my clutch didn't break.... next time I will do better.

Yeah I was wondering why mid to low 12s was all I was hitting, then a nice man pointed out my drag radials were on backwards....

a 7600 DA is very bad, but it gets worse, come July and August, that DA will be in the 8500 - 9000ft range..... really causing times to suffer..
none the less angelspeed, a 12.8 113trap car on those 22's is a very stout street car at our altitude... big squirrel, what did you trap?

Dude...I'll take 7600 DA all day! Best shot I got all last year was 8100. Had a handful of 8700/8800s. Now the time to go for sure. Later will only be worse.
Looks like some good number out there today boys! Ivan |

That DA was bad, I know you trapped 120mph in Arizona, and it was rather hot there as well. What size pulley are you running on the whipple?
