SO....to nobody's surprise I feel like a freakin douche. Here's why:

There's a chick that works here and she told me that her boyfriend got a Camaro A bit of backstory: they live together and are going to get married. That was several months ago. I guess one of her buddies told me that they were having "issues" about 2 months ago. But I asked her how her b/f was liking the car about 1 month ago and she was talking about him happily.

Fast forward to today.

I printed out the Hibbard Camaro Meet flyer for her to give it to her b/f. I walk into her office and I say, "I wanted to give you this for your boyfriend. It's for a Camaro meet this Saturday." She looked at the flyer and I could already tell something was wrong. I said, "Does he not have his Camaro anymore?" She replied, "Uh....I...don't...know..."

Crap.

So I said, "What do you mean?" She looks at me and says, "We're not together anymore..." and this look of sadness comes over her face. OMFG!!! I grabbed the paper, put my head down and said, "I'm sorry!" and I ran out of her office.

Man, sometimes things don't go the way you want them to.

Haha, no worries. I got my trusty anti-static alcohol-free wipes. Or, I can just go to someone else's office and switch out the monitors and say, "IT needs this monitor."

I'm guessing last minute touches are being put together for this Saturday. Is there anything else we need to take care of?

I'm gonna arrive at the dealership around 10a just to make sure everything is running smooth. Dealership is pretty much providing alot. I don't have to worry that the parking spots will be full or enough room. They are also providing food. All I did was ask.

Other than that...it all depends to the groups getting together before the Montclair Plaza meet to go smoothly and everyone is on time.
