The track in Salem, Ohio is closer than PRP for a lot of "Pittsburgh" folks.

What does a supercharger have to do with driving to Ohio?

Um....What does a supercharger have to do with anything?

I almost have to tell you...Either Shit or get off the Pot in terms of the supercharger. Either dump the cash into one...or shhhhh about it lol

And Quaker is about 45 minutes from Cranberry, its actually closer than PRP.

If only Quaker did not go "uphill" during the final 300ft. It's a little slower than PRP as a track overall, I think they're timing equipment needs updated.

Track prep is usually great though, so it's not bad if you're going to practice your 60'

I've never quite understood why they did it that way. When NHRA used to run there for the Division 3 race, they used to have to altitude adjust the indexes for the super classes....

Super Street 10.90 to a 10.99
Super Gas 9.90 to 9.98
Super Comp 8.90 to 8.97

Then IHRA got ahold of the track...well...lets just say IHRA sucks at class racing in general. They expect you to still run the index on the .90s

I don't think it was intentional, they've had a lot of issues over the past year with water swelling from the ground.

Most likely pressure issues. I think thats what "swelled" the land.

Whats funny is, they have a lot of shut down area that is completely flat, if you just turned the track around. Only problem is, at the end there would be a downward hill, lol.

i meant it would be worth the trip if i had a supercharger instead of doing the exact same time like last time.

Not really, your driving skill can always get better. Because those slips you posted werent the greatest for your car.

And what I meant is unless you're dropping the money into a supercharger, stop basing your decisions around one.

Stop being so hard on yourself about your car. Just drive it. lol

It's definitely better to get seat time with the car before throwing more power at it. Like the guy last week in the supercharged 45th -- what good is all that power if you can't drive?
