I would be content adding an additional 150-175 horsepower at the crankshaft to my LS3/M6, which is currently stock.

Yes sir, they have been discontinued, I carry all supercharger brands please give me a call to discuss the best fit for your type of use. 203-753-7223, Happy 4th of July, I will be back in the office on Wednesday.

No sir no advantage

Most all supercharger kits require Pinning of the balancer to the crank so the balancer does not spin on the crank.

The procedure is very simple with the supplied drill guide and instructions.

Yes you can, with a small nozzle.

How do you know you have an IAT Problem?

Whipple generally has very good IAT control which raises the question, is your intercooler system filled, bleed, and operating properly?

Sorry if this has been asked and answered already, but on a L99, do you have to do the LS3 conversion to add a s/c? If not, are these L99 parts more likely to fail with the added power?

Hey Ted.

Sorry for all the newb questions. I am trying to install the "Super Damper", and not all the holes line up on the "hub" and the "shell". I can get 7 bolts in, but the other 2 are WAY off. Do you have any tips? Or could this be the wrong parts? I rotated the shell to line up EVERY hole, and the "offset hole" throws off 2 holes everytime!

I'm not saying I have an IAT issue, on 90 degree days around 130ish degrees. Just looking to make the IAT's lower is all, cooler means denser!

No sir you do not, Power does not make lifters fail, too much rpm does.

We have successfully supercharged many L99 cars.

Any chance you are trying to put the shell on backwards?

If you start with the offset hole all the others will line up.

That is pretty darn good.

You are correct, cooler is denser but there is a whole other side of this discussion, when adding water meth without tuning, you will lose power unless you are able to compensate with more timing.

Ted.

has anyone used a electric fan on there water to air intercooler to keep your air temps down. seems to me this would help a lot on a water air intercooler?

Your fans already pull air through your heat exchanger in most PD supercharger systems.

The heat exchanger is first to get the coolest air also.

Additional fans can actually hinder flow through the cooling pack.

Just I just installed a kraftwerks supercharger on my l99 and it made 470 with longtubes , smallest pulley and 1000cc injectors ,93 oct at 5.5psi . We didn’t detect any boost leaks . Isn’t this psi low for been the “smallest” pulley ? It’s the 75mm blower pulley

How did you test for boost leaks?

We fabricate a cap for the supercharger inlet in place of the air filter.

Then pressurize the system with 15-20 psi and check for leaks.

The boost is not fixed it is linear with RPM more RPM means More Boost.

What was boost at Redline?

Ted.

Just a visual check , the most we got was 6 psi at the top of the rpm range 5k plus . Is 6psi normal for this kit with the smallest pulley?

You should be turning it to 62-6400 rpm depending on who tuned it.

It should make 8 psi at top
