I never drive my Camaro when the main point is to get from point A to point B, like commuting and then let it sit all day in a parking lot waiting to make the return trip. My Camaro is a weekend car because I don't want to ever drive this car when its just routine. I drive it when my objective is to drive, not to arrive. My DD is there to do that - its a tool meant for a purpose. Driving my Camaro is recreation.

That's the best way I can explain why I drive this car when I do and when I don't.

Its only been caught in the rain maybe 5 times, and have had it since May 2009... It isn't just a weekend car, I will drive it whenever... But it does sit in the garage quite a bit and stays clean. 18K miles

It's my Daily Driver. I drive it when ever I can. 10 Months ~17K mile on it. Still loving every minute with it.

I've had mine 2 years next month, 12K miles. It's sitting in the garage right now. Well actually for the last three weeks. I don't even qualify for a weekend car.

Mine is a secondary driver. I drive my truck to work, grocery store, or any other place it might get damaged. Then I take the camaro on nice days, nights, or just for fun. Its especially nice not taking the camaro to the grocery store and those dam shopping carts, and old people throwing their doors open, hitting cars next to them!!

it is my daly driver ... but I'm planning on getting another car soon ( range rover

) it will be my daly driver car. because i will get a twin turbo kit for the camaro soon

I bought it to DRIVE it....no garage queens for me, thanks....although I DO split time with it. I ride my M109-R a lot too.

the camaro is my only car/daily driver. but I do live with my parents so whenever I have to run out somewhere I don't feel like taking my camaro to I take my dad's tundra.

I bought it to be a DD, which is why I went Auto...driving stick in traffic sucks. My weekend ride is a 79 Z28, although the SS gets a heckuva lot more attention!!!

i too bought it to drive it but 22k in 7 months is not good cause at this rate ill be done with my camaro in less than 3 yrs

There are 40 year old Camaros running around still. You can always replace/upgrade anything that wears out.
