"beat them up pretty bad" according to the "finance" office where I did the paperwork. Cash deal, no finance, well under invoice -- and the last day of the 2nd quarter. They were dying to make a sale on one of these or a vette to make their "numbers". I don't wait around at dealerships, told them what I'd pay and moved on to the next since there's like 6 of them out here. Got a call on the cell and went back to them about 5 hours later. Papers were all done at what I told them I'd pay for it, out the door with my new SS in 20 minutes. Sweet. I was driving an '04 Z06 Vette at the time and was not in any hurry - just wanted some more room for the family to squeeze into. So I started looking at the Camaro's. I've since sold the Corvette - I found myself driving this thing all the time. I sold the Vette and banked a few grand more than I paid for the Camaro. Got real lucky on both cars.....

bought my 2011 in June or July of 2010. paid under sticker and they had JUST gotten it on the lot. We just said we would take it right now for a certain price any higher and we couldn't do it, and they said ok, didn't give us a hard time. Seemed like they really wanted to sell it. My salesman was really helpful and i went back to him to get my 2012 that is ordered. At the time I was 22 and a student. not employed. But they sold the car to me and had my dad co-sign. I had a better credit rating and he had the income. They're a larger dealership so i'm sure they have more pull.

My vert was msrp at 47600 i walked out the door and only paid 44k for it, no credit union discount just talked them down... just got it tuesday black with all the add ons and iom interior

I bought mine used with 2300 miles for around $6000 under msrp. The orginal owner added GM perfomance exhaust and painted engine cover;so I figure thats like another $1500. I really could not tell the differnce in it from a new one.

I paid $1,200 under sticker price. The exact cost of the RS package at the time. Also they gave me over 2k more than high retail value on my trade in. Bought it at 8pm on Dec 31st 2010. They were happy to make that final sale of the year.

I split the roll-back with the dealer and got all the options at invoice. (All that before some discounts)
