i ordered my '12 convertible on 8/1. all i can get is that the order has been accepted, but no status number. PVJDPJ dealer is in indiana. thanks to who ever can help. just found this site, and the info here is outstanding.

try gmconnects.com- they can check your status as well. does it automatically and you can opt to have updates emailed/ text to your phone.

thanks, i tried that already, and i get nowhere with that link. don't know if it is down or what. it keeps telling me that it is sending me a code to make it work, and nothing ever comes.

I show the order was entered 8/11 and at this
point it is "on order". The challenge may be the
spare tire that was limited for this week. In all
fairness, let's wait til Wed AM to check the order
again and see if it will cycle into the system. GM
is picking up sold orders, but the limited availability
of the spare tire could hold it up a bit.
