Becky,

I did contact customer service on Friday and was told...QC. Talked to my dealer Saturday (he has a '12 on the lot he let me take for a spin, amazing car!!! Thanks David!) and he said he would call them first thing today to see if theres any way to push it through. Thanks for the help again Becky!

When you check someone's status, can you see different information than we can see on gmconnects? Like is your info more recent or more accurate?

It's usually the same, sometimes I have more detail like
the TPW's.
