and like everything else - it's 4B00 bayed. My experience
with Colorado's is they will take a little time in shipping
but to my knowledge don't have the quality holds like
the Camaro's. Congrats to you!!

The IOM interior has been at a "0" constraint
the past couple of weeks so that won't allow the
order to process. Once it becomes available
again, you should be good to go. No word on
when that should be though. Check back on
Thurs and we'll see what the constraints look
like

Right now it means that the system has not picked up
your order, assuming it's a camaro. If you have a
buildable order with no constraints, it should cycle into
the system tonight. Without the order #, that's all

It means that you get to sit on the outside looking in, just like me. Dealers must have an allocation before the order is really accepted by GM. Each month dealers get a certain number of cars that they can order, and of that number, a certain number of orders per model. Some months they get no allocation for certain models. What it truly means is this, if you live in the wrong part of the country, ie: a small market dealer, you are last on the list to have your dealer get an allocation. GM would rather build cars for dealer stock, in big markets, than build cars that are already sold in small markets.

While I agree with your explaination of dealer allocation, your order is
currently at 2500 status as of 8/23 - so you have moved into the
system and probably by the end of the week you'll have a TPW

Allocation doesn't apply to Camaro's right now. The only Chevy product lines that it does apply to are Equinox, Silverado Hybrid and Volt. Otherwise, Camaro orders that are buildable will go into the system usually on Tues night.
