We have Cruise On Central going on tomorrow. Gotta get up REAL early to save 12 spaces. But it's worth it, always a good time!

Digging is done! I'll post up pics in a bit.

The pool is looking good Rick!

Good morning crew. I made me a good breakfast & coffee time now. Then getting ready for some drag racing! I hope we have a good turnout. It is supposed to be a great day with a high of 79. Even the night temps should be pretty nice. Hope everyone has some good weekend plans. Have a great Saturday.

It will be at Music City Raceway if that is what you are asking.

Back in 2000, took a job in the ME, left my 3 cats with my 20 year life partner in NYC.

Early 2001, working in the Middle East, adopted two Arab cats...Patchet and Ramses. Shortly after 9/11, reclaimed my 3 cats in Trade Center blast zone after my companion of more than 20 years died. Returned to ME with 3 NYC cats, then I had 5. Returned to my home in Dallas in 2002, traveling between countries with 5 cats who were not happy flyers even though we traveled 1st class.

2003, moved to Canada, Dallas to Ottawa. In the following years all 3 NYC cats exposed to blast toxins have died of one or another type of cancer. The NYC apartment I shared with my life companion who died in the Trade Building, our apartment we shared with our cats, windows blown in and contents and cats covered in toxic dust.

Now Ramses, 13 years old, sick the last few days. His illness has nothing to do with 9/11. But I have previously experienced long term health issues with my three NYC cats. Meds, doctors, and close to $60,000 in vet bills. Will see his doctor this coming Tuesday but have on call a 24-hour emergency vet. Just tired of my babies dying. Ramses only 13 years old, too young to die.

I am very stressed...I am a professor and last of student design crits on Monday, students need me to be present. But if I have to take Ramses to emergency vet Monday, will have to cancel student crits, cancel my classes. Stressed but no-brainer. Ramses health first, students second. Ramses is my baby, my family. Family will always come first.

So sorry to hear of all your trauma & grief. Most of us there have had losses of beloved pets & family members. None though precipitated by such tragic trauma that I know of. This group of folks has been very supportive of each other through these loses. Don't forget to take care of yourself. Hold on tight to precious memories. You will be in our thoughts. & prayers.

I had a good day of Camaro fun & drag racing yesterday I got the pics downloaded from both my I phone & the new camera with the new computer with less drama than I expected. However, getting the videos processed will be more complicated. I did not win anything but the SSlayer got through 3 rounds taking down 2 supercharged SS's & a twin turbocharged SS! That was great fun. It was a beautiful day & lots of fun with my Camaro buddies.

Visited my dad today & had a wonderful German dinner with Mike's parents & brother. I'm too tired to tackle the video tonight. Maybe tomorrow after work. Here is a link to the thread with pics & a pic:

Good Morning crew. Well it is going to be a classic Tennessee Spring week. Yesterday it got up to 80 degrees. Last night & all day today, windy, rain & storms. Tuesday temps will plummet possible snow flurries & a freeze warning. Like they say, in Tennessee if you don't like the weather, stick around, it will change. I still cannot get into my Youtube account from the new computer. I thought I had succeded in doing so but it turns out I created a new Youtube channel with the same name (you'd think they would have a block against having more than one channel with the same name wouldn't you?). I will have nasty commutes this morning & this evening. Yuck.

I am interviewing for a position in the Springfield office that will keep me closer to home but not sure if I will take it or not. It would be with all ages which I don't mind so much though they would funnel me most of the kids. It seems to be harder to keep a caseload full & to make bonuses and It would be under a totally different management structure. Then again my current position management structure is changing too. I sure would like to have that 2-3 hours a day 4 days a week of commute time back. We shall see.

Have a happy Monday & good week everyone.

Nice photo! Sounds like you had a great time Jan.

Had a great time at Cruise on Central. It just wasn't in me to take photos, but a buddy did. If you guys want to check them out, I will post a link.

On the way home, a stone flew off my buddy's rear tire and cracked my windshield. Not trying to be cheap, but I may look into just having it repaired. Installing a windshield in an older car is nothing like glass installation in these newer cars. :(

EXTREMELY busy day at work today. We started yet another 2 week pilot and it certainly has be all backed up with work. But I'm gonna give it a chance, just like they want me to.

Given what time of year it is, I've just got to put this one up.

Don't feel bad supersport, I have no idea how to make the link show up with the picture.

I know its music Monday but I don't feel like looking for a song right now. I am trying to figure out the best way to get the photos from my Galaxy S4 to my laptop. I am testing with a couple of photos I took yesterday of the Camaro with my newly installed splitter. If I did this right there will be a before then after shot. I will try to get better pictures of the finished product later.
