See and here is the funny thing. This thread dies...and then someone bumps it just to take pot shots at me..and if I respond..I am the bad guy?

Feel free to go on spouting about something you have no clue over. You obviously did not read the thread and want to start BS. It has already been posted here that I bought a set, took pictures, and dynoed the parts. I think I can back up my statements just fine.

You are more than welcome not to buy from me because I suggest you buy quality products. I am sure there are plenty of vendors here who will just smile and take your money.

Ted is patient, kind, and backs up his statements (nearly every single one of them) with cold, hard proof. You just sound like an 18 year old pissed off at the world that this company has (supposedly) copied Kooks. How can you prove that? Other than looks? I know that all spark plugs for my camaro look pretty dang similar... does that mean that I can't buy them??

KUDOS TO OBX FOR TAKING AN OVERPRICED HEADER, DESIGNING IT THEMSELVES AND SELLING IT FOR WHAT IT SHOULD BE. Most americans view knock offs only as those who try and use anothers symbol to fool a buyer or spectators into thinking they are the real deal. Last I checked these are "OBX" and Kooks should take a close look because I know tons of people running them. There's a reason you don't sell that many headers, one is because of how you treat other Camaro5 members, the other is because of the price. Screw $1200 headers.

Actually you are flat wrong. Then again..you obviously make headers for a living. If it were than easy, then people would just design their own crap rather than copy somone.

I'd also like to add, designing and building a set of headers for the 5th gen camaro is not rocket science. as a matter of fact, it's not a staggering feat by any means. I don't understand the whining about it. It's actually easier to make a set of headers from scratch than to try and copy some headers. Plus, there's only so many different ways to run the tubes (not many ways) do your copying claim doesn't hold water. It's bs actually. Tell you what, go build a set of headers for a camaro. Then post a pic of them. I guarandamntee you the final product is gonna have pretty much the same design and routing as any other long tube. It's because that's where you run the tubes. Again, building headers is not rocket science.
