sent you a pm as well since v 1.21 does not work other than displaying the quiet/power mode and fuel. no toggling allowed whatsoever. hopefully 1.15 will work better. I"ve emailed palmer performance and no response. it's been two weeks since I first reached out to them.

I used Google Chrome and it saved the file DL1020U_Firmware_1.15.ehx to my downloads folder. I had no trouble downgrading the firmware on my Dashlogic from 1.21 to 1.15 loading that file.

I just tried clicking the link with Internet Explorer and instead of downloading the file, it just displayed a bunch gibberish on the screen. However, a right click on the link and selecting "Save target As" allowed it download with the proper file name and extension. Just got to love the way IE does things sometimes.

Don't see what all the problems are. I have a dashlogic that came new with v 1.21 on it and everything works fine. Mine is a 2012.

Thanks for that info. Got it to work Never thought of just R clicking on the link ...genius Yea that gibberish is how it appears in html

That's cause you don't have MyLink. Dashlogic doesn't play nice with Mylink & HUD after V1.15 as Palmer made major changes to support '14-'15 Mylink which is different than '13 Mylink and not all the changes after V1.15 are backward compatible with '13 Mylinks. Palmer told me that they chose not to maintain a separate version Dashlogic upgrades after v1.15 just for the '13s.

That's right. If you have a '13 you basically can't use any versions after 1.15 and be able to get HUD, DIC and Radio displays to work.
