I had a few issues with mine also but before taking delivery I pointed out all of them to my dealer and they did address them.

Yes I have had many black cars and this color is almost as bad but when it is cleaned up it really looks sweet!!

Have any of you guys ever heard of or used the Chemical Guys products? I've been watching You Tube videos of their detailing practices using a dual action random orbit polisher along with their products. If you haven't seen them check them out on You Tube.

After watching them, I ordered a Porter Cable 7424XP detailing kit. I'm hoping I can restore the finish back to where it is supposed to be. I'm still going to take some before and after pictures though so you can see what I'm talking about. I hope to get started this weekend.

6 speed manual. it belonged to a gm exec. i found the destinations in the nav system for the "GM proving grounds" and paperwork for when they have to turn it in. it had 18000 miles but is totally sweet. also had the original sticker. pretty loaded don't know of anything that could have been left off.

That is outstanding!! You have a rare one there, prbly around 40 stick ragtops were made.....does it have the NPP exhaust too?

thanks guys for the welcome. i actually had designed one of these on the chevy site and of course there was no way i could afford the $51k. so i think $32k that i gave for a certified pre owned was a great deal.
