It is the ZL1 spoiler painted gloss black, with a ZL1Addons stealth wicker.

There website used to have a "purchase" button under that Dovetail spoiler, then it disappeared. Last year I tried contacting them a few times and they never got back to me. Their last Facebook post was April of last year. I can at least admire it on your car.

The GM Dovetail is very similar, but it is a 3 piece. Phastek sells them.
