My only 'requirement' is to get JChalua and Chris to go... ![]() I missed JChalua's runs this weekend...I've been dying to see his car... RE: MGW....I felt this shifter in another car this weekend and it was AWESOME...so...if we can get it on a good weekend...I'M IN! Are they going to install for 'free' or discounted? The reason I ask is that on of the vengeance techs mentioned that for a DIY'r...this install could be a serious pain...so, a 8 hour round trip drive is less than a 16 hour DIY install...and you don't have busted knuckles. :P Another thought I wanted to put out to the local guys. I had Vengeance do the work on my car because they were a known entity for me...they did all the work on my Dad's C5 Vette and his car is perfect and he is extremely picky (and his car will SMOKE mine). Vengeance will occasionally do 'road trips'...a group of 4th Gen owners has them out to Hawaii annually for example. I've talked with Ron and Mike, and they're willing to make the trip to Jacksonville if we get enough people together that need their services. For me, this is selfish...as I want to have several tunes (winter tune, summer(heat) tune, etc)..but most importantly I want my car tuned in Jacksonville at sea level so it's exactly right for where I drive it. I also would like to have them do installs of 'future mods', including gears, suspension, etc (we would have to find a shop for them to 'borrow' for this type of work). Any one else interested in 'future work' or do you guys have a local resource that you trust? For reference, Mike Carnahan (Vengeance owner/tuner) is a former lead tech from GMMG...his reputation is solid)

So I'll start a thread on the MGW road trip. I'll get the details from them on whether there will be a discount or free install. They are willing to do a weekend sat or sun or both. Then we can get to work on a vengance tune day. Cool!

Hello Jacksonville Camaro chapter, I am so glad I found a website that shares the same passion I do about the New Generation Camaro. I've purchased mine in December 2009 and is basically my Hobbie / Sport / Show Car I drive once or twice a week. I have a second vehicle thats my beater car for every day driving. I'm looking forward to participating and sharing & inquiring any knowledge or updates.

Can we get a count of who will make the car show 1 May?
"All, we really need camaro representation at this event. I would like to see at least 10 camaros show up for a great cause. This Saturday May 1st on Wells Rd. Here is the brochure. http://nfsca.com/Images/flyers/newWWPshowFlyer.JPG Spymaster says he will be out there with Veteran 1... "
