Ordered earlier today... for MSRP. $500 deposit.

For you pacific nw people, I just talked to the sales manager at Ron Tonkin in Portland and he said he was pretty sure that no cars would be over MSRP. He's going to a meeting and will get back to me later.

It seems that Sunny Southern California = Gouge your repeat customers.
Foothill Ranch Chevrolet is an absolute joke. I worked directly with the sales manager and placed one order on Saturday and my friend placed his on Sunday. Form / Verbal agreement to MSRP on Saturday, Story changed on Sunday... Owner of dealer spoke to sales manager and wanted to refund deposit and order. Says customers will pay market price, if markup you pay, if not that you dont pay mark-up. Absolutely unacceptable and a waste of time. with 100K production this isnt exactly a ZR1. Check the blogs for MSRP dealers in California, I hope that gougers get zero orders! Pay deposit and special order for a car that wont be available for 6 months isnt enough i guess!!

Awesome people. Dave Petty helped me out and we got everything squared away. They offer MSRP, the military discount (if applicable) and $500 refundable down payment for your order.

Their allocation is 23 for the whole year. That's about 3 per month. And I was #1! Wahoo. They turned people away for a while because they didn't want to make promises they couldn't keep. Now that pricing is out, they're more than happy to take your orders!

Ask for Dave Petty and tell 'em Ryan sent ya
