Hi Becky!

My Camaro (order PVJVZ2) quickly got to built & bayed status and I am BEYOND stoked!!!!

I was just wondering... When or can we even know if a QC hold or delay will affect my car? I'm excited but so nervous now! So many people get stuck at this status... :( Also was wondering how I can decode my VIN? Like to see what number car I am, etc?

Hi Becky, GMConnects showed I (PVGS0B) got a VIN!!!!

now I'm at 4B00, this means it's on the way to get stripes, right?

No way of knowing if/ when it will be bayed.

No- when you see 4200 followed by 4300, then 4B00, your getting stripes- after that you will see 4200->4300->4B00 (this means your back at the plant). Then when you see 4200 again, your officially shipped..you wont ship until probably at least the begining of next week.

You can call your dealer and have them check with the
Dealer Business Center to see if it's available to ship or
sitting in Quality control. You can find your production
sequence by looking at the last 6 digits and subtract
100000. Hope that helps

Without seeing the whole order of events, it could mean
it's ready to go for stripes or is already back from having
them put on. Either way, congrats and hopefully you'll
have that beauty soon
