My wheels arrived today at IPS. Brandon called me to tell me that the TPMS sensors that Nineball sent me won't work with the Savini rims (something about them not working with the lip on that wheel), so they couldn't mount them. I gave Brandon Nineball's phone number and asked them to figure out what will work. Nineball told me there is an adapter that will likely resolve the issue.

I should know more tomorrow.
They are 20". 20x8.5 front, 20x10 rear. I do have an issue with the left front rim. It was late when I got them mounted, so I'll be working with my guy to see what we can do top resolve. Nothing major, but the left front has just the slightest rub... or did have the slightest rub on the caliper... a few miles and no more rubbing (of course, the paint is now missing on that one spot it was rubbing on the caliper). I'll see what we can do. It really changed the whole look of the car. It is hard to see in the picture, but the black on the rim is a flat black, like the stripe on the car.

Don't forget to "reset" the TMPS on the DIC when complete, or it will throw a code "Service Tire Pressure Monitor". Good luck!!!

The Works Pizza works for me.
The Works parking is so/so... Thats the only draw back. All the other places have big lots. Not that its unsafe, just not good for parking in a group. It will be a "park where you can" type place.

I know. The caliper has some paint missing in one section now, but that's okay, I've been considering powdercoating them... all I needed was an excuse, like this. I'm waiting to hear back on what we are going to do to resolve it. So it was a small disappointment, but still loving the rims.

I feel your pain. I waited an extra 8 wks for mine. And being brand new rims, I did have some reservations about them clearing the calipers. The CGM on yours is going to look great!

SOME reservation.... SOME? ummm calipers rubbing the wheels is bad! Now is it just the weights or the actual caliper? Where is it rubbing? The face of the caliper on the spokes of the wheel, or the back of the caliper on the inner rim of the wheel?

jrhaus - Weren't you or someone doing exhaust cutouts? I noticed a new thread about these melting some fuel/brake line clips.

I was thinking about it... that sucks! Sounds like a bad install... gotta keep them away from brake/fuel lines! You can really put them anywhere as long as they aren't too close to the lines. I know several people that have them with no issues.

Had cut-outs installed by Stainless Works and have had no problems...really gives a new dimension to the sound of your exhaust.

How about picking up pizza and taking it to the cruise-in (or one of the nearby parks)?

Unless everyone doesn't want pizza.

hrpiii. Looks very stealthy now. I like the new look.

Doing the Riley Poker run on Saturday and Miracle Ride on Saturday. I will be on the southside Saturday evening, maybe see where you are at when I get done.

This weekend is all about the Harley and kids at Riley Hospital. Camaro gets to sleep through the weekend for once.
