Ok folks good news on the paint.. after lots of work and 100.00 dollars later they got the stain off the paint. However my vinyl black stripes will be stuck with the shiny circle marks they couldnt fix that. Still know Idea who , how or why someone would do that to my poor baby. Im just happy about the paint and hey Ssooch let me know when your having the Care cleaning party I need to get the swirls off my car after all this crap.

Maybe I will stumble on to some cash in the a year or so and just go get the stripes painted on my car and be done with the vinyl... They are 475.00 and well I don't have it and my insurance deductable is 500.00 ..

Gemini - It's good that it wasn't as bad as we thought. Sheila is coming over on Saturday morning so we can detail Her Camaro. I'm not sure if I'll have time to do two on one day but I could do yours on Sunday morning.

Looks like I miseed some excitement when I was gone! Bummer about your car Gem, I'm glad it wasnt as bad as originally expected, but that still sucks!

Sorry I missed the show yesterday - I'm down for the next one FOR SURE. I didn't bust out the camera too much on the road trip, but I had to take this one after I got it washed

Anyone up for a cruise this weekend? The weather is supposed to be nice and warm..

Ssooch if you do have time on Sunday I would be more then willing to have you show me how to get the swirl marks off my car and make her shine. They got the spots off the paint but then left more swirl marks :(

Ssooch..... With the clouds as they are when I looked at my car I still see about five little marks on the paint still so I called up the Body shop and hope I can get them to redo those that I had taped. If not do you think that clay bar you have will take the blemish off the top of the paint? Then maybe with the was stuff you have it might help my car I thought the nightmare was over lol..

We can try it but Clay bars usually only lift off light contaments. But we can try it. Also if your swirls are bad the Meguiar's wax I use may not get them out all the way. We may have to try something like Meguiar's "Scratch X". But let's try the wax first.

Don’t tell Rogue but I would so like to catch some one doing this to a car. Really does not matter if it was a Chally, Stang or Camaro. It would be worth it to spend a little time incarcerated!

Hope you can get the swirl marks out Gem.
