i get it that you named the website based on the new 5.0, and more power to you for creating it. i'm not trying to start an argument, its just a bit funny that you're going on camaro5.com promoting mustangfive. sorry if i was unclear earlier. good luck getting everything to work out man :]

The website is in the finishing stages. We are looking for forum admins, content writers and so forth.

The forum is still a mess right now, as I am getting vbulletin integrated and what-not but should be complete within the next two days. We need a few people to help decide forum categories and so forth.

Let me know if you are interested and your qualifications!

Nick. I wouldn't mind lending a helping hand. I helped early on as a moderator on 5thgen.org (moderncamaro).

But honestly it would be nice to have it cater to just the new 5.0. I liked how it was done in the early stages on ModularFord.com with it catering to just the modular engines (4.6/5.4). Nothing worse than having the guy with the busted carburated 302 trying to give advice. ModularFord's down fall in my opinion was that it became a more of money-making racket than an automotive forum. Information was biased and too much drama.

Exactly what I am considering, thought about the Brembos, but the stock brakes seem really good and I don't need the extra tire cost that would come with the 3 seasons either

Just be sure it is not something you are going to get tired of. My patriot has been a great trouble free vehicle for the last 45000 miles, but it leaves me wanting, not because it is bad, or bad for what it is, but because I really want a pony car. Anyways, if an SUV is what you are sure you want, then the Equinox is a fine choice.

I own a 98 Cherokee Sport I bought new. It has over 130k miles and still runs very well.

The only thing I don't like is that you can't opt for the Brembo brake package, giving brembos all the way around, on the base GT. You have to have the premium to get that option.

Although I don't think I would opt for the brembo package myself I think it should be offered on the base 5.0.
