I'm new to car dyno-ing. For the Gen 5 1LEs we get pulls done in fourth gear, right? Does having the nannies turned off come into play?

yes, 4th gear and nannies do not come into play. Matt @ FSP dyno'd mine and had all nannies on and it pulled 416whp/398wtq

Just dyno'd 385.8hp and 385.9 tq @ Janetti racing. I am not sure what type of dyno they have. I currently have just over 700 miles on the car. Way to break it in lol... for comparison a couple of SS Camaro's were there with CAI and I think one had catback and a tune and the other had headers and a tune with stock cat back and they were both around 360 something but they were auto's.

I did 386hp & 361tq today @ Slowhawks Dyno day .. Only has CAI intake .. I'm very happy for now !!!! Wink , wink ..

Dyno'd yesterday k&n cai, tsp 1 3/4 lt's, open npp exhaust, and no tune.

For what it's worth... my 100% stock LS3 385.75 RWHP 380.40 RWTQ ... This is consistent with most LE's.

Had two runs on a Mustang Dyno
First pull was 422HP 386 TQ
Second Run was 417HP and 386TQ

Mods to the car

TSP 2" Longtube Headers with high flow cats
K&N CAI
No Tune
Fuse pull lol..

Tried to put the vid in, but i think its too big... "TWSS"

Mine is 2014 1le with all options except sun roof . I did the fuse pull and it made 414hp and 412tq on mustang dyno

Mine did 396/388 with 350 miles on clock base line mustang Dyno at sea level in October last year then pulled it off Dyno and immediately did ARH 1-7/8 in long tubes with high flow cats into NPP exhaust along with trunion upgrade btr valve springs cold air kit and cam with specs of 235/243 621/624 113 lsa tuned it and on same Dyno 2 days later made 484/434 now she has 1800 miles and had its 6th oil change and seems to still be getting faster ever time I drive it ..it's so much fun and sounds insane

i'm amazed at how just a CAI and LT's will get you that much more power to the wheels without a tune. wow.

Well he said it also had a trunion upgrade (whatever that is), an upgraded cam, valve springs, and a tune too if you are referring to MRREVINTO7's post.
