So I pulled the trigger. Ordered the JBA HFC from Phastek Performance (they're on sale right now actually), and the Big Daddies angled extensions, will update soon.

P.S. Wish me luck, baby momma is gonna kill me for this

I didnt have a seat of your pants feel with cats. My biggest seat of the pants feel was adding an intake and then after that was a ported TB.

The sound of the car after the install tho...... That's a big smile.

that's how I have mine, I'll get back to you when I get the HFC installed, only upgrades I've done so far was the CAI, me personally, I felt a difference in throttle response with it.
Just curious, have you pulled your exhaust flap fuse yet? wont make a difference in performance, just sound.

Pull that fuse!!! I've had the solos with the big daddies on since May and put around 7500 miles on them this summer and no CEL, just pure sweet sound

I put the Forza 3 way exhaust controller on it. I really like being able to shut the valve for those early morning starts to go fishing and not be too loud and leave it open most of the time. It does use a lot of power when left on and not driven for awhile.

Pulled it a while back, it was a must. Just recently I installed a switch to turn it on/off as I please, especially for those long drives, did it myself. Bought equipment from auto parts store, overall spent like $20-30, whole lot cheaper than the mild to wild switch I've been hearing about.

Could you post a sound clip of your car, as I installed ARH shortys and JBA HFC, and it sounds quieter than stock! I believe I have a leak, I will tend to that tomorrow. Thanks!

Post 68 has the videos. That's how my car sits right now. Still need to take these headers off and get them coated. I just remember that these things sucked for install and don't want to do it again.

The headers made my car sound quieter than stock too. On the outside of the car it surely isn't quieter.

Thanks bro, my car sounds nowhere as good as yours. There is definitely a leak, time to get out the soap and water spray bottle.

Hopefully you get it fixed. I know the pain of trying to find one.

Thanks, I haven't been under the car yet, I will try to locate the leak on Monday or Tuesday.
