Exactly. This is a 2010 model, after all. There is plenty of time to sell V6's and Volts (in 2010?) to counterweight the V8's, as the Camaro is going to have an extended run as a 2010 (assuming they start building in March).

Won’t be getting now probably until 2014 so 1 month, 6 months, 4 years, all fine by me. Hope it works out well for the rest of you.

Quick Question...Those are the "Chevrolet" logos on the door jam on the inside right like in the blue 2LT RS pictures from that dealer??

Those come with 2LT or RS? Or do I have to order them seperate now? and what is the Option called so I can tell my dealer

Or, this has come up without his blessing?? I think I will wait to hear from him just exactly what all this means. He has been the voice of reason on here and does not pull any punches. If we are going to have to wait on our SS, I am confident he will explain why.
Did i miss something?

There dosen't seem to be any problems with the SS

I believe we are only being told a small amount of what actually was discussed. A 2 hour meeting would have surely discussed in detail the reasoning behind the V8 "constraint". Again, not much info provided for such a long meeting.

An old Post By Fbodfather to emphasize my point!

So -- calm down.

Not everyone at GM is a walking moron.

Don't believe everything you read --esp. when you have no idea of the source.

REPEAT AFTER ME: WE WANT YOU BEHIND THE STEERING WHEELS OF YOUR NEW CAMAROS...............

Now -- one more favor:

DURING THE NEXT 'PANIC DU JOUR' -- (which, I'm confident will happen within the next few minutes........)

..........would you PLEASE just STOP for a minute and think:

"........Perhaps -- just perhaps -- GM has done this for many years -- and perhaps - just perhaps -- they know what they're doing -- and perhaps --just perhaps they DO care about us as evidenced by Fbodfather coming out here and calming us down every other day............."

Well this is unreal!! I just finished reading these posts....how freaking depressing....it does give me more time to save extra $$$ I guess, glad I ordered in Oct.....I guess I will miss most of the show season now...how sucky. My dealer ordered 3 2SS/RS and 1 LT, so I guess that is a good thing....

I wonder if this pushes the coveted '2nd' letter behind a months as well

THANKS for the info Scotty....
