I am in.
I weighed in at 293, 6ft, 17yrs old. I am a black belt so constantly training and power lifting for tournaments but I Never watched my diet before. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by senior week which is in June.
Been dieting for a week, no soda's, eating healthier things and I ran 3 miles yesterday and will still be lifting weights but adding in some cardio in there Mon, Wed, Fri.
What are some easy healthy breakfast ideas, or snacks?
I am sick of sitting here hungry lol

If you scroll back a few pages you'll find
some really tasty looking snacks that a couple
of the folks here posted. Granola/whole grain
sort of bars you can make up. Sounded yummy!!

Stressed out

You guys I did a very bad thing today! I bought a big nice glazed donught I'm sorry I'm STRESSED out lately I have no voice in me to begin with lost that came back and now it's gone. I took a nap after I came home from changing the oil on the camaro and fixing my bad bowtie emblem and my phone was making funky noises. My Chocolate Touch Cellphone has completely died and I have lost everythingI'm hoping to get back to a healthy eating pattern soon

Stacy, Don't think about it, just move on and do your best with eating right! If you fall off the wagon get back on it and carry on. all is not failed! You can do this! and if you get stressed, go on a walk to clear your mind, try to think of other things to do for that comfort food gives you!

I use food way too much when I'm stressed. I would take a walk but it's currently 15 below with the windchill:( No more donughts for me. I promised myself to lay off the bakery items.
