I appreciate that you say it is your opinion that muscle cars should be manual. Because some people here insist it as a fact and it really gets on my nerves.

Brian, some people are going to say Muscle Cars = V8 + Manual. It's been argued to death on the V6 vs V8 forums and it'll be the same on the Manual vs Auto forums.

Automatics and V6's are good in their own respects but some people will NEVER respect either in a muscle car and nothing you say will change anyone's opinion on that. That's just the way it is.

auto age 31 but had nothing to do with it I got the auto because this was intended to be a daily driver right now I am doing 1K a week so I was not going with the manual.

Driving Muscle cars is all about the "experience" they have soul and history. Nothing feels better than yanking that stick back into second and feeling that engine vibrate through your body.

honestly, If they sold the ls3 with the auto I would be there. I've done alot of gear jamen over the years.

When I'm 18, I'm going for Auto just for the ease. My '98 is an auto, and I don't really want to deal with college traffic in a manual.
When I get an SS years after that, I might for manual, might not. Just depends on what I feel like then.

automatic, we live in a world where you need to be extra vigilant because of idiots on cell phones and eating in the car, etc. I'd rather pay the extra attention to make sure my car doesn't get hit I guess? (these things do seem to be accident magnets).

O and i'm 21
