The problem is I dont track it, I dont street race, I never beat this

car half as bad as my 1971 beater chevelle with an LT1 370hp.

I BEAT THE CRAP out of it and Never had drivetrain issues. And

I was a CRAZY 17 year old.

This car was built for 300hp NOT 426hp. BULL$HIT

These are the facts.

Everyone has their own standards for cars, I personally wouldn't ever beat the crap out of anything even if it had the ability to take the punishment. No the car was built for the powerplant it has. You need to re-check your facts.

Hell maybe you got a lemon... if you build 125k + of these cars a year, your gonna have issues with some cars...just the way it is.

You can go with another manufacturer, and they will have the same results as anyone else.

I'll take the car off your hands if you don't want it :P

The clutch sticking issue is one that you and GM are aware of and will fix if the proper steps are taken. The clutch is cause by that actuator which again will be fixed.

How do you know your rear axle is going?

OK. Payoff. You said it. I was NUTS when I was 17. I have owned several cars and everyone could easily handle the somewhat abuse I put them through.

Even the Chevy service manager said these cars should be built better, to take the hp. I haven't even come close to beating this car.

Anyway, it is what it is. A great car with issues I thought GM would

take care of. Another BAD RAP for GM. WTF. When will they learn.

What I don't understand is how the camaro is listed as reliable in consumer reports. I'm starting to think were an exclusive group having issues...

I just sent consumer reports an e-mail telling them how wrong they are about the camaro, also advised them of all my problems and told them of this site so they can see all the complaints about this ever so reliable car. Send them an e-mail about the problems you have and one day something might be done!

The problem is not when they will learn, the problem is when will they care! I've been fighting since april 23 over the multitude of problems I have, GM and other big giants just dont care, there will always be someone else to buy there products, I know I've bought my last with the GM experience I've had!

Not mad over a defective problem, problems that are fixed are ok, mad over lack of care for my defective product that is not being fixed!

I knew the potential issues with the first MY of a car, but bought it anyway. They have taken good care of warranty items on the Camaro... so far.

Not the same story on my 2500HD. They are arrogant and act like they just don't care. They make thier decision and say there is nothing I can do about it. We will see. Just hate dealing with this issue, because it gets me sooooooo wound up thinking about how they treat me.

GM failed to install a clutch and all parts around it for the LS3, the rearend is also not up to par-PERIOD. I do not beat it or ever tracked this car. I have never driven like I use to 30 years ago. So don't tell me I should expect these things to happen. GM DID NOT SURROUND THE LS3 WITH THE PROPER DRIVETRAIN PERIOD. Like I said somewhere else on here, IF I WAS WEALTHY I WOULD POUR 5 GALLONS OF GAS ON IT ON HAVE A NICE BONFIRE. But I AM NOT WEALTHY. I am UNEMPLOYED now and cant afford anything. I almost look forward to filing Bankruptcy so I can get rid of this car.

I just had my pressure plate and clutch replaced after visiting my third dealer. Finally, someone took my complaint and did something about it. After, driving it for three weeks. The clutch engages a bit lower, however, it still clips or grinds a bit from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. Also, I am still experiencing a vibration noise coming from the transmission area. Maybe flywheel, I am not sure, but they did not change it. I complained to my dealer, now he wants me to trade it in for another vehicle because I am not happy with the clunckyness of the shifting. However, If I trade it in it won't be for another Chevy thats for sure. I have made another appointment at a forth dealer to try and resolve. Next, will be my lawyers office. Maybe that will get GM's attention.

I know 2 other people with Camaro's; Each of them had to replace their clutches. Currently, I have about the same amount of HP's as each of them so expect at some point if I decide to do any aggressive driving I will have to replace the clutch.
