Just heard a funny one - my wife calls the SST "The Horsepower Whisperer"

That's good. Nelson may just be the horsepower whisperer with the SST being his best trainee. Kind of like training a Great White to behave!

I want the horse whisper as a daily driver..
be so much fun.. its 60 to 120 is probably the same amount of time as my 0 to 60

If we're very quiet (and patient) we may get a glimpse of the elusive SST hunting it's prey

SST is in the midst of road tuning. Adding a lot of PT maps for various conditions and driving "settings"

e.g. Around town/Max mileage cruise/Aggressive street/Drag/Road Course/Measured Mile

Also, changing out the factory shifter. Just can't risk having anything change gears incorrectly.

I've heard a lot of guys complain about how mushy the stock shifter is anyway. No sense keeping it if it doesn't work well for you.

We decided on a Winters race shifter (Sidewinder) - they are bulletproof. The guys are going to modify a bunch of stuff to try and make it look as stock as possible.

Yeah, they CNC'd a few different shifter detents and adapted them to the factory one, but the throw was just not right. Felt wrong.

We need a SST-Fest somewhere once it comes home to FL for you...

I don't think I can wait over 3/4 of a year for C5FESTIII to see the SST....
