Becky;
GM sells an aftermarket exhaust that replaces just the mufflers. Do you have any personal experience with it? It appears to be a Borla system?
I'd like to know if the GM version is quiet during cruise (I'll have a manual shift car).

3000 status

In general they are scheduled by date of acceptance,
but when you have a group of orders coming in like the
ZL1's I'm guessing they are produced according to their
color/content/materials. I'm sure there's some huge
computer program that takes all the color/content of
our cars and decides in what order they'll head down the
line. Just my best guess...........

I assume you are referring to the GM Performance Exhaust and
it sounds great. However, I personally don't have any experience
cruising with this exhaust. I would suggest you head over to the
exhaust thread and do some poking around. Like I said, it sounds
great at a stand still, but I don't know what it's like when you're
driving it.

Anyone know how long a car usually stays at:

(4B00) Your car is bayed and is waiting for transportation by truck, rail or transfer to vendor.

Car is complete and invoiced to dealer.

Usually just a day or 2..
it's the beginning of the shipping process

I don't know about official....
.but...currently:

3000 Status as of 1/31

it can change overnight,
that's when the system updates
from the previous day's activity.
