Really?? You've experienced this?? I am a curious type of guy, so I want to know as much as I can...
I read a bunch of reviews on it before purchase & did not see anything about it... But you never know if those people reviewing it would know if it was giving bad readings. |

Scene the being of fuel injection there has always been maf mods , most intale puting a resistor on one of the wires so the 5 volt signal to the ecu gets told to add more fuel, and that's the slight chance it works at all .
often the heated spring or strip gets a open air concept and the ecu does not know what to make of the new 5v signal and cant give proper air fuel The hole reason GM puts honey comb "old style" and "air paths" with the maf sensors is to get the values the ecm can work with

some aftermarket intakes even add honey comb air screens to help the maf sensor get calmer air to not throw off the maf values, being stock with sensors is important

I suspect my maf to be bad.
I live in France, so i can’t check by myself weak or strong maf when i buy one. Have you any good source to get a stock strong maf ? |

im going from a roto fab cai to a 5in cai and ported sc with a 102tb and my tuner is haveing a field day trying to tune the car. they unplugged the maf and the car would idel around 1800. with the maf plugged in it would run for about 3 secs and die. im having him look at the maf tomarrow and see if we got a strong or weak one. but could this be the reason we are having problems tuning the car?
