That sux Rick but like you said, at least it is temporary.

I am up before the sun, already showered because I had to get up waaaaay too early to eat first. Both of the schools I will be working in start at like 7:30 AM and are out by like 2:30. It will be nice being off that early but those early mornings are going to be killer for me. I REEEEEEEEALLY need my coffee!!!!!!!!!!! HAGD all.

Well I survived my long day but I ended up skipping my exercise class. It was pouring rain (finally) and I was beat so I just headed home. We are getting a much, needed, far overdue, good soaking rain.

The meeting with the school went well & there are more options for an office space than they presented to my supervisor. I also had my first team meeting with my new supervisor & my teammates. I was of course the senior citizen of the bunch. None of my afternoon clients showed up so I spent the time trying (without much success), to call parents of new clients to schedule to meet to update paperwork. That is going to be the hard part.

Day one of doing OP's work. Didn't finish my stuff where I wanted to be, so I did 1/2 OT. Why am I so conscientious?

I'm glad to know I'm not the only "non-morning" person...........

Good morning. I'm up at a more reasonable hour today but sure wanted to sleep longer. Yesterday wore me out. I will go to try to see a few kids today at the school near my house then afternoon clients at the office. HAGD all.

I can definitely relate. Back in 2011 I was told I "No longer had a position with the company"... Since then, I started picking up odd projects and programs. Then, other people shuffled their work my way. But, I can't complain. I am busy every day and still with the Company.

Oh... And Good Morning everyone.

Good evening. I made progress getting my office located & set up in one of my my schools. I opened a new client, helped another access services through the clinic & got my keys to the school. Little bit by little bit we are getting things going. Soon.

Yes, I'm busy every day too. Every month, I am either the #1 or#2 producer of the department. Last month, I was #3 because I was off a week.

Looking forward to the weekend. I've been kinda sick all week with a swollen/sore throat and I've got some sort of weird pain that seems to be coming from my right side. I think sitting during work is causing it.

Take care of yourself & feel better soon.

Happy Friday. They were calling for a nice mild & clear weekend but now are calling for rain. I was thinking about going to a little local car show but it depends on the forecast now. I don't have any desire to sit at a car show in the rain. HAVE a good day crew.

Suppose to rain here today and tomorrow. Sunday is looking good though for the Toledo GM Power Train Park-n-Shine. Probably the largest Car Show I have ever seen. Well over 2000 cars (I believe) were there last year.
The CONO (Camaros Of Northwest Ohio) Group will be there early to set up and have breakfast. Everyone brings something and it turns into a nice buffet...

Rick ---- that Impala is so cooooooool !!!! I love survivor cars so much. They are only original once. They have a such a "true" story to tell about their life. They wear their batttle scares with honor. Restored cars are great to look at but the bottom line is they are a lie. Enough about my opinion (two cents) as if it really matters !!!

Going to my uncles funeral tomorrow. He was 92 and a vetren of World War II. He flew a dive bomber off an air craft carrier attacking main land Japan in the last of the war. You can see one of the medals he was awarded at the following link. My dad told me that he had the medal mailed to him instead of having the president handi it to him, because he felt that he was just lucky. The real heros were ones that didn't come home.

RIP Wally. I am not sure that he ever felt right about sending that many men to their death.

We are all lucky to live the life we live.

John
