Hey Becky,

Can you check my order please???? I called GM Customer Service as you instructed me to, I got the Rail Car #, I tried the system last night, and it said, "no status for this railcar"

So I call GM back this morning to verify I have the right car number (they told me yesterday it was on a train) and the gentlemen informs me it's been at the dealer since Monday!!!!

Can you shed some light???? QDQBS9.

Currently I show 4200-shipped status. I can't tell if that's on
a railcar or a truck to the dealer You might want to try
them again and double check the order # and verify the VIN#
with whoever you talk to - just to be sure

Mexiken. It shipped on the 18th from Oshawa and your dealer is in California which is usually a two week rail trip and then 2 to 7 days to deliver to dealer by truck. It is not at the dealer as reported by Customer Service they simply were mistaken. You will move to the 5000 status once it has been delivered. but first you will see the 4800 rail car unloaded and 4boo bayed status and then another 4200 once it has been dispatched to the dealer.

If you need help using the automated rail tracking service let me know and I would be happy to assist you. Just remember, never ever talk to live personel at the railroad. Their customer is GM and GM is providing railcar information as long as it is not abused. email me at Larry@gmconnects.com if you need help
