PT was a little tougher today. I felt good coming out. He put some heat on me & did a little soft tissue massage first then some tougher exercises. I can tell I will have some muscle soreness. That I don't mind as long as the back pain does not ramp up. We shall see.

We are getting some rain tonight. Good sleeping weather. Headed there soon.

It was a sad night. I had to euthanize our oldest cat tonight. She was 17.5 years old so she had a good run but we will miss her RIP Miss Lucy. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day we have good tickets to see Bruce Springsteen tomorrow night.

Much to my surprise, I was not sore. Back is also not worse, about the same. I skipped my dance class tonight. Just too darn cold & wind that will cut you in half. I was a good girl though & did my PT exercises. Mike is shopping for parts to mod his 2002. Can I say kid in a candy store???????

Sorry to hear of your loss. Enjoy the Bruce concert. He is coming here, but we were slacking and could not score decent tickets.

Yes, practice with your camera. Don't be afraid to take crappy pics. You'll learn to take good pics. Glad you are feeling better.

Went to a community meeting tonight. Every once in a while, everyone you meet is cool! There are some great people living here.

More sleet & flurries tonight but not supposed to amount to much. Even more bitterly cold. Yuck. My daughter has her bone Marrow biopsy tomorrow. She is pretty anxious. Just talked to her on the phone for a while. Is it the weekend yet?

Weather is supposed to be nice here this weekend. Hoping to do my first 5K. Will miss the NASCAR race in Atlanta this year. First one I've missed in 5 years. Hate them having it so early, when the weather is still cold, I'm going on strike!

My daughter's procedure went well. Won't have results for a while. I had a fairly busy day, PT, walked 2 miles on the track then did my dance/exercise class. I may have overdone it a bit. but time will tell. Tomorrow we have our club planning meeting. I will be skipping the speed go carting. Just don't think the back could take it. Happy weekend!!!!!
