Of course we are typically buying cars from older men who are not 'puter/info savvy. And most of us enjoy having lots of information right at our finger tips.....

If the dealer does not give you what you want. Service, information or price walk out. Someone will. Dealers act like jerks only when they feel like they can. Which is a lot...

drtwo, if u read my letter , i traded in a perfectly good 2000 corvette convertible that i got screwed over with from the dealer with my trade in n now some district manager is going to lie to me n tell me false information to get my hopes up..hell no, i would not be sending a letter to the CEO of Gm if i was treated fairly

I certainly don't want to steal this thread and maybe we better start a different thread for this discussion, but I agree that your dealership was a total JERK! I'm dealing with a dealership myself that has my car 'arriving in 3 weeks' (2 weeks ago) and does not even have a build date yet. They are using every tactic possible to 'keep' your business and it's not honesty. Do you expect more from car dealers though?

for a GM District Manager to LIE TO A CUSTOMER is BS, GM is in bankruptcy we the Loyal consumers are being jerked around and GM is not satisfying the general public, when they should be catering to the people who are trying to keep GM afloat
