I am not looking to sell it, I'll install it if the 1 piece doesn't work out. I am looking for a factory or better bearing for it since it doesn't come with one.

I hope the one piece works out for you. I believe you have offset bushings. It seems everything I see about them says they raise the differential which would change the pinion angle resulting in vibration. I think you said you’re taking it to Jannetty so I’m sure he’ll resolve your problem.

I just assumed you had them installed with the TruTrac. Well at least that’s one less variable that could contribute towards your vibration. Like I said Im sure Jannetty will take care of the problem as long as it’s not the shaft itself.

I am going to go over it before I send it, re balance tires make sure everything is tight. And if that doesn't change anything I'll probably bring it to him.

Guess I’ll find out in the spring. I’m really hoping it fixed it. We barely put 1000 miles on the car last year. I didn’t hardly have any time to work on the car last year so it sat in the garage on Jack stands half the summer

Well it still vibrates. Called and talked to one of the guys at gulf coast last week (not Shane) and he recommended putting the slip yoke at the back by the diff. So after messing around for a couple hours today trying everything I could to get enough clearance for the brake cables I gave up and put my stock one back in. The vibration is completely gone now. Going to call and hopefully talk to Shane tomorrow and see what he says.
Hopefully I can figure out something my stock driveshaft has some miles on it. The slip joint boot is shot. It came apart when I hit about 60 which scared the crap out of me. The hanger bearing rubber isn’t great either.

That sucks, I haven't put mine back in since they built me a new one it's sitting on the shelf still. It's not hard to swap just not in a hurry and I guess I still think it'll vibrate and I am just wasting my time.

How does the balance sheet for the new shaft compare to the sheet from first shaft that was rebalanced?

It's closer but not much, the welds looked better on the first shaft.aybe I am expecting to much for the ahaftvto balance out near perfect. At least it's in the green.

I believe GC said some time this year they started using a new balancer at higher rpm so that should offer some improvement compared to the original shaft balance

Supposedly my second shaft was on the new balancer
