If you believe your car is on a train, the dealer can call the DBC and ask them for the railcar number.

Yours arrived in Battle Creek, MI yesterday at 4:46 PM and is scheduled to arrive at the distribution center on 5/6/09 at 2:10 AM.

Thank you very much. My dealer said they would have it in Lincoln, Ne on 5/5 and that I could pick it up the next day. I thought this was moving rather fast for the railroad. Regardless, she is getting closer to being home.

Bad order means there is something they need to check out on the railcar. Could be the coupler, brake system, wheels, anything really. They will stop the car, check it out and it will be back on its way soon. Most bad orders delays are less than 48 hours.

Hey....no fair!! My older car #A9104245 is heading to Fairfax, KS also but is a "BAD ORDER" still sitting and taking a "time out" in St. Lious......
