I BELEIVE someone recently had the NEW SS done.....the VERY best thing you can do would be to pick up the phone and call and talk to Pam herself.....the phone number is in POST #5.

Any ideas for a Synergy green setup?
I am leaning towards zo6 flags like I installed on the rear panel in place of the bowtie.

Got mine back from Pam last week and they look great, exactly like the RS headrests in post #326. I had a time trying to get the clips back into the white nylon holders. I finally just put some velcro pieces in to hold the 2 flaps, which worked fine. Thanks to all, this was a great mod, for a small price.

Showed this to Mrs. Gunner, spoke with Pam about the timeline, stripped the leather skins and will ship them out tomorrow.

Thanks, Teccboxx

Sorry it took so long. Haven't been on in a while with the holidays and all.

I've tried to get a pic with the headrest and the panel also but it's a tough angle. Sorry, it was freezing in the garage when I went out to get a pic. lol And yes, that's a booster seat in the back.

Pam called me yesterday, she received my wife's headrests and is going to let me know when they are finished.

Customer Service at its Best

I know that I have the last post, but Pam called my cell phone which has crap service inside my office. She left me a voicemail letting me know that the headrests had come out well and were ready to ship. Without even taking payment yet, she mailed them back to me. When I called her Saturday morning all she wanted was to be paid, she had mailed them trusting me to do the right thing. Great customer service from Pam and the good folks at Embroidery Plus Quick Print.

Brandon....I called the shop directly and talked to Pam. I gave her my CC number. AND, when you box up your headrests, also put a letter stating EXACTLY what you want, what colors, and a return address.

the VERY BEST thing you can do is call Pam and tell her what you are wanting to do, she will have all the info and she will direct you in what she needs from you.

I just found this thread. (Where have I been!?)

Anyway, I have a 2SS/RS. Do I have to buy new headrests (blank) to have "SS" embroidered on them, or can Pam embroider over the existing (wimpy) SS logo? I'm assuming I'll have to buy new ones based on what I've read here.

Thanks!
