Thanks guys! I used surprisingly lousy equipment. Basically a 3 year old canon sd630 ultracompact point n shoot and a $20 tripod i used manual mode, set the white balance before the shoot, set it on long exposure time, anywhere from 1.5 to 3 seconds, no flash. The final trick is to use the 2 second delay so I could push the shutter button and move my hand away from the camera on the tripod before it starting taking the pic, helping eliminate shake. With long exposure times, I could keep the iso level way down (80) to help keep noise relatively low. That's also why you see every little reflection from every light source.

They've also been tweaked a bit in Photoshop. Trust me, I'm no professional photog! I've never even used a dSLR!

Heres a few, il take some better ones soon. In my garage will a spackled floor, so thats why the lights are reflecting and you can see them
