Yeah like you said Im sure it would have to be done same as he does for the core. But hey, thats the price you gotta pay for keeping it on the road lol.
I wonder how hard it would be to just mount the 80mm bracket onto the manifold, and just Dremel around the manifold opening until they match. Im sure its not hard that to grind the plastic. I would imagine that's all Jason does to match the already ported manifold to the 80mm anyway.

There are 3 versions of LFX intake manifolds, and if I am not mistaken the LFX camaro intake is only 76mm at the inlet.
