Hey everyone!!! Glad to see the thread I started awhile back for us LA crew has not only survived but has a good bit of people in it now!!!

I am back now from my waiting of ordering my SS...my 01 SS was stolen in november so I was unable to buy the new one after ordering it in Oct.

SO...all the baton rouge crew...I see yall around ALL THE TIME and I love it. Is there a way for all of us (not only baton rouge) to meet or go to the track sometime soon? I have yet to ride in one of these and am DYING TO...

Hey fieldgoal00, you said you work in New Orleans CBD. Do you know any nice/affordable parking garages around the Place St. Charles building? I parked at the Hilton parking garage on Gravier Wednesday, and curb rashed my rear passenger wheel on the way down the parking garage. That garage is ridiculous. I could barely get my car around the turns.

Hennessey HPE600 in Harvey on the bestbank!

The owner is a lil cocky and arrogant. And I knew more about the car than he- he's proud that all he knows is that he "just sent the car to Hennessey and wired money".

I asked him what exhaust they put on it and he said "corsica i think, u can check, it says it on there".

It's a corsa btw! lol. It's def a bad azz ride tho, besides the huge Camaro SS decals on the sides. It's very VERY loud, rough and raspy- it even backfired! Nothing negative regarding Hennessey's work, I just think this guy doesn't know how to care for or drive this thing. He "doesn't have time to have the oil changed" and "hasn't gotten around to reading the info Hennessey provided with it"

He also said "it's the only one like it in the world" (Henessey labeled it #7- and we've all seen vids, pics and read of others). This guy also stated that "it's one of the first Camaros ever built" (vin was 9120000+)

I hope for the sake of this car that he appreciates it and takes care of it or that someone else ends up with it and does

Oh yeah... I almost forgot "the wheels are from Unique Whips"

I called about their HP 600 package and the price tag started at $23k....

Nice car, but sad the owner doesnt even know what he has... what a moron.

if he has 40k under the hood then he really got ripped... cause the SC is maybe max $8k...so even with a full forged rebuild... he got ripped
